1 Premade Double Crust Pie Pastry

To get started with this Ritz mock apple pie recipe, you should first take out a nine inch pie dish, and then insert the bottom of the crust.

Next take out a large saucepan, and then add in the cold bottled water, white superfine sugar, and cream of tartar. Let these contents simmer over medium high heat for fifteen minutes, stirring throughout the process to make sure all of the sugar dissolves. Next remove the saucepan from the stove, and then briskly stir in the fresh squeezed lemon juice and lemon peel.
