To create this wonderful easy Swedish apple pie recipe, you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius.
Next take out a sealable mixing bowl, then add in your sliced, peeled, and cored green apples, followed by the single tablespoon of superfine white sugar. Place a lid over the bowl, and toss the apples until they have an even coating of sugar. Next take out a pie plate, and pour in the sugar coated apple slices. Moving along, next take out a second mixing bowl, and add in the white pure cane sugar, all purpose baking flour, ground cinnamon, melted unsalted butter, and the large fresh egg. Mix these contents together until a smooth and even pie crust batter forms. Spread the pie crust batter over the top of the apple slices, making sure that the thickness of the crust is consistent throughout.
