2 Cups Of Tropicana Apple Juice

1 1/2 Cups Of Yoplait Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 Cup Of Canned Sliced Apples

1 Whole Fresh Sliced Banana

1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Nutmeg

1 Teaspoon Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon

Preparation Instructions:

This apple pie smoothie recipe was sent to us by Ernie of Portsmouth, Virginia.

Preparing the smoothie is easy, simply take out your blender and plug it in. Add into the blender the apple juice, vanilla yogurt, canned sliced apples, fresh sliced banana, fresh ground nutmeg, and fresh ground cinnamon.

Blend these ingredients together on high speed for roughly one minute, or until the smoothie is extremely smooth and evenly mixed. This beverage can be consumed either through a drink straw, or straight from the glass. While my favorite apple juice brand is Tropicana, obviously that isn't a mandatory requirement for this recipe, you can use your own brand of choice.
