4 Large Fresh Tart Green Apples

1 1/2 Teaspoons Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon

4 Tablespoons Of Cold (Refrigerated) Water

4 Large Whole Fresh Cinnamon Sticks

3 Cups Of Crushed Nabisco Nilla Wafers Cookies

3 Cups Of Melted Caramel Squares Candy

To begin please take out a medium size saucepan, and then add into it the cold water and caramel squares candy. Heat these contents over medium until the caramel completely melts. The caramel will burn quickly, so be careful when heating it.

Next you will need to remove the stems from the apples, then cut the tops off of each apple so that they can sit upright on a flat surface. Moving along, next shove a large whole fresh cinnamon stick into the bottom of each piece of fruit.

Once that step is complete, take out a paper bag, and then crush your Nilla Wafers cookies. Once crushed, add the fresh ground cinnamon to the cookies. By this time your caramel should be melted, so you will want to evenly glaze each apple with the caramel. Make sure that you have a thick layer around each piece of fruit. Once that step is done, place each apple in the refrigerator to chill for roughly three minutes.
